Renowned for his expertise in civil and commercial litigation, employment law, property disputes, estate administration, and regulatory compliance, Nickardo is frequently engaged as an external litigation and employment lawyer by other firms and King’s Counsel.
As an accomplished employment law specialist, he collaborates closely with human resources teams across diverse industries, crafting strategies that enhance profitability while minimizing risk. Admitted to the bars of Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and Barbados, and holding a Legal Education Certificate (LEC), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management and Marketing, Nickardo brings a regional perspective and strategic insight to every case.
