Nickardo is a senior attorney with multi-jurisdictional experience providing representation and advisory support in general litigation, employment law, estates administration, and real estate/conveyancing. He is admitted to the Bars of Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados.

He regularly handles and manages complex litigation across all areas of law including commercial (incl. contract disputes), corporate, maritime, property and general civil claims.

Nickardo has also spent over a decade partnering with HR Executives to develop employment law solutions to assist with workplace efficiency and risk management.

With his background also including two years as senior in-house legal advisor, Nickardo has in-depth expertise in and often offers legal solutions in preparing complex contracts, HR manuals, employment policies, and rendering regulatory advice and support.

He also regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Industrial Disputes Tribunal, and routinely attends before the Ministry of Labour, particularly the Conciliation Unit.
